The more I read about Ryan Hall, the more I am impressed with the way he integrates his faith into his running, and uses his running as a platform for reaching out to others.

Great entry. Love the end, however, two things are really kinda twisted there. First the statement, “running 4:50 pace as comfortably as possible …” Second, going for a run a day after the BM? Phew.
